Here´s a good idea you´ll never see in action in the USA

Public pools in Fuenlabrada, Spain have become a place for young adults to bone up (no pun intended) un their sex education. During the summer, various courses on how to prevent pregnancy will be offered to young people in the community.
Hmmmm...do you think this ingenious initiative might be one of the reasons there are fewer teen pregnancies in Spain than in the US?
So, Mr. Bush, stick that in your "abstinance" pipe and smoke it.
